Booking and Cancellation Policy

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to secure the room. Reservations can be paid via bank transfer or through PayPal secure site.

All room rates are based on double occupancy, and include continental breakfast and all government taxes. Additional persons can be added to a room, with a maximum of four persons per room type, at an additional charge of P700 per person. All rates are subject to change.

All cancellations must be given in writing and be acknowledged as received by Granada Beach Resort. Cancellations given 60 days or more prior to arrival date will be given a 75% refund on the full reservation. Cancellations given 30-59 days before arrival date will be given a 50% refund of the full reservation.

Cancellations given less than 29 days before arrival are non-refundable. No refund shall be given in the event of a ‘no show’ or a shortened stay made by customers choice.

Child Policy

We no longer accept children under the age of 14. All children 14 years and older will be charged at adult rates.

Transfers

Transfers from the International Airport in Cebu City, or other Cebu City and nearby locations, can be arranged through Granada Beach House. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange any transfers. Guests arriving via their transportation are encouraged to notify Granada Beach House of their expected time of arrival.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and standard check-out time is 12:00pm. A late check-out may be requested from the front office, and is subject to availability and an additional charge.
Upon arrival a P2000 cash deposit is required. This deposit can be refunded or applied toward incidental charges upon a successful checkout.

Visa Requirements

All guests are responsible for determining the proper entry documentation for the Philippines All foreign nationals are required to have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry, to enter the Philippines. Visitors from some countries may be required to have a special visa, otherwise a 30 day visa will be issued upon arrival with proof of outbound flights. Granada Beach House strong recommends that all guests check their immigration requirements before travelling. No refunds will be given for denied entry caused by failure to carry the appropriate visa.

Travel Insurance

Granada Beach House strongly encourages all guests to purchase medical, accident, luggage, emergency trip cancellation and dive insurance. In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, Granada Beach House shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Granada Beach House will not be responsible for any unused rooms, missed or delayed flights, and no refund will be given on account of these events.

Up to two children aged 11 years and younger may stay for free when sharing a room with at least one full paying adult, and shall be extended complimentary kids’ meals. Children 12 years old and above shall be charged applicable adult rates. Should a separate room be requested for children below 12 without any adult sharing the room, one child shall be charged the single adult rate. The number of children sharing room shall depend on the maximum capacity per room. Guests are requested to notify Granada Beach House at the time of booking if an infant will be staying with them and if a crib will be needed.

Upon arrival a Mastercard or Visa credit card is requested for each reservation as a deposit against incidental charges incurred during the stay. If guests do not have a credit card, a deposit of P2,500 per person will be required.
